Russ Koffler
Russell Koffler has extensive experience in using space technology to meet the needs of various communities particularly with those concerned with the Earth and its' environment. He is recognized internationally as understanding the promise and the limitations of using space-based technology to meet the needs of the private as well as the public sectors of society. Russ has extensive experience with meteorological and land remote sensing programs in the U.S. and other countries. He also has experience with the management of climatic, oceanographic and geophysical data archives.
