Steve Doyle

Steve Doyle has more than 40 years experience in space law and policy, international regulation and international cooperative programs. He served on U.S. delegations defining and creating Intelsat and Inmarsat, and participated in the drafting of three of the five major space law treaties developed by the UN Outer Space Committee. He has also conducted studies and written a book on the international security implications of the expanding base of civil space applications systems.

His areas of expertise include:
